The Rebuild - June 2026
$111.00

This is an intimate, guided, in-person evening designed to help you release the cords, attachments, patterns, and emotional weight that no longer feel aligned with where you’re going. It includes a sound bath experience and lounge chair rentals (no additional cost).

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Attendance is valid only for the date of the event purchased and may not be transferred to a future event date. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another individual with sufficient notice. However, participants are responsible for arranging the transfer of their own ticket.

ADDITIONAL NOTES FROM KRISTEN:

During the session, you will be lying on the floor for most of the experience while relaxing and listening to the sounds and vibrations of the instruments. Comfort is very important, so please bring anything you may need to feel cozy and supported.

Suggested items to bring:

  • Blanket(s) for warmth and comfort

  • Pillow or cushion for your head or under your knees

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable layered clothing

  • Eye mask (optional)

  • Any additional supports you enjoy for relaxation

Please note that sound baths can include a variety of tones, vibrations, frequencies, and instruments that may feel intense or unfamiliar at times, especially if you are sensitive to sound. Everyone experiences sound differently.

If you are sensitive to noise or stimulation, Kristen encourages you to:

  • Bring earplugs or noise-reducing earbuds if that helps you feel more comfortable

  • Choose a spot farther from the instruments

  • Allow yourself to sit up, take breaks, or step out quietly at any time if needed

The experience is meant to be supportive and calming, and your comfort always comes first. There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath — simply listen to your body and take care of yourself throughout the session.

What to Expect

This is a focused, 2-hour experience. You’ll come in, settle, and we’ll start by getting you grounded and clear on what you’re ready to release. From there, I’ll guide you through identifying the cords that are still active—whether that’s with people, patterns, or beliefs, and begin the process of dismantling the tethers.

You will lie down for the main clearing, where we will guide you through the release while using sound to support the shift. We’ll also move through the room to offer additional clearing as you’re in it.

We’ll close with simple, practical ways to help you hold the change once you leave.

  • All sales are final, as space is limited and your spot is reserved specifically for you. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a future circle with at least 24 hours’ notice. That said, future events are not guaranteed. This experience is best suited for those who feel ready to be in the room and do the work.

  • No. You’ll be guided through the entire process. Just come open and willing.

  • Anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down (yoga mat, blanket, pillow). You may also want a journal and pen.

  • Comfortable, relaxed clothing. You’ll be lying down for part of the experience.

  • No. This is a guided experience. You won’t be asked to share or speak. That said, you are welcome to ask questions and receive support.

  • That’s okay. Everyone experiences this work differently. The process is still working, even if it feels subtle in the moment.

  • This process helps you release the energetic ties and understand the pattern behind them. Lasting change comes from how you move forward afterward, which is why you’ll also receive tools to support that.

  • That’s actually very common. We’ll be going deeper than just the surface-level release and working with the reasons the connection stayed in place, which is what makes the difference.

  • Yes, as long as you feel able to be present in the space. This is a supportive environment, but it is focused work.
